Return policy

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can return the product within 14 days after delivery or pick-up. You can return it to us by post or you can bring it in person to Kite Shop Peniche. Get in touch with Kite Shop Peniche in order to choose the best way for the return.

We are not responsible if you fill in the incorrect details (e.g. name, address, place of residence) and, as a result, orders can't be delivered to the correct address.

The returning cost is at your own expense.

Return conditions:
- The packaging may not be removed and or damaged and all product tags must still be attached.
- The product itself may not have been used yet.
- Last year's products can’t be returned.
